We will assess and review the information and inform you as to whether or not we can offer you our Services.
     
     
4. Refund Policy
   • Failure to contact before placing an order or making payment may lead to adverse results and the decision as to whether or not to refund any amount already paid shall solely be the discretion of the Website.
   • You acknowledge and agree that since we only offer intangible services with the use of our skill and knowledge, therefore, we do not issue any refunds once we have delivered any Service to you. By delivering the Service it means that we have completed the task at our end and sent you a confirmation email in this regard. The Website shall have the final authority to determine if the service has been delivered or not.
   • You acknowledge that we charge our fee for taking steps to complete certain processes and not for achieving specific results. Therefore, we offer no guaranteed results. You agree and acknowledge that there shall be no refunds in case if Service has been delivered but certain desired results are not achieved.

YOU CANNOT RECOVER ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY SERVICES PROVIDED OR MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU BY US.

5. Service Availability
   • The Website shall use commercially reasonable efforts to keep it up and running 24 hours a day, seven days a week; provided, however, that it may carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work as necessary from time to time and such maintenance work may impact the availability of the Website.
